About
NationGraph applies the data infrastructure of financial markets to public institutions. Eden Ding told the TechTO audience in April 2026 that analysing a public company is easy because decades of standardisation made it legible, while analysing a city of comparable size is not — the information exists but is inconsistent between departments and between cities. The company collects budgets, meeting minutes, strategic plans and RFPs across roughly four million government websites, automates freedom-of-information requests for what is not published, and surfaces buying signals to sales teams. It raised an $18M Series A led by Menlo Ventures, closing in Q4 2025.
