About

Nudge Rewards built a mobile platform for large enterprises with fragmented, frontline workforces, such as retailers and food-service chains, delivering the right information to deskless employees to help them do their jobs. CTO and co-founder Dessy Daskalov shared the company's early scaling lessons at TechTO in August 2015, including buying services rather than building them, listening to the problem behind a feature request, and following the market. The company later rebranded to Nudge and was acquired by Waterloo-based frontline-training company Axonify in June 2022 for undisclosed terms; its roughly 65 staff were offered roles at Axonify.
