About
Homuth announced Oomira in May 2025, two months after stepping down as chief executive of SRTX, the Sheertex maker she founded. The pitch then was organisational memory — "we're running companies with amnesia", she wrote; founders forget the lessons they swore they would never repeat — sold as a bespoke archive of a company's past decisions for US$50,000, half up front and half on delivery, funded by customer revenue rather than a raise. What the company sells today is narrower and more pointed. Oomira now describes itself as "a context layer for AI": a sourced, dated record of a person or company, which the subject corrects and which agents read on request. Its entry product is an Agent Visibility Report, which asks Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini what they think of a domain and reports what they got wrong, what they are missing, and whether their recommendations help or hurt a buyer. The design principle is the same one this directory runs on: facts are typed, dated and sourced rather than free text, and the record keeps when something became true and when it stopped being true. The same data is served to people and to agents, over an API and MCP.

Bootstrapped on customer revenue. Homuth said at launch in May 2025 that she did not plan to fundraise for Oomira, at least at first, and no round has been announced since.
