About
Pass The Table was a Toronto marketplace for unique dining experiences, founded by Jason Finestone. The idea was that the most interesting meals in a city — supper clubs, chef's tables, private dinners, seats that never make it onto a booking platform — had no way to be discovered or reserved, and that a marketplace could surface them. Finestone demonstrated the product live at TechTO in June 2016 and said Chicago was the next city planned after Toronto. The company is no longer operating; Finestone, who wrote about food and travel for Daily Hive, Streets of Toronto and Edible Toronto alongside the startup, now works in enterprise sales at Salesforce.
