About
Pivot Design Group is a Toronto design studio that has worked in user-centred design and design research since 1998, focused largely on healthcare. Its process runs from discovery through iterative prototyping. Founder Ian Chalmers showed projects at a 2017 TechTO health event, including a post-stroke upper-arm therapy tool and work involving Cloud DX, a Qualcomm Tricorder XPRIZE finalist.
