About

An MSP's problem is that most of its work is invisible: patches applied, backups verified, hardware quietly replaced before it fails. ScalePad builds the tooling that turns that into something a client can see. Its original product tracked hardware and warranty lifecycles and generated the reports an MSP brings to a quarterly business review; the company then bought its way into adjacent jobs, adding Backup Radar for backup monitoring and SLA proof in 2021 and, in 2023 alone, Cognition360 for ConnectWise business intelligence, ControlMap for compliance and vCISO work, and Lifecycle Insights for customer-success reporting. Quoter covers proposals and quote-to-cash. The suite is sold as one customer-success platform with open APIs into the PSA, RMM and backup tools MSPs already run. Its own site claims more than 12,000 partners globally, 90 million assets under management, 3 million backups monitored and 370-plus integrations. Integrity Growth Partners took a significant non-control equity stake in July 2021. Luis Giraldo is its chief evangelist.

Backers

Integrity Growth Partners made a significant, non-control equity investment in July 2021, reported by ChannelE2E and announced by the company. No earlier venture rounds are reported.
