About

Founded in 2010 by Brennan McEachran and team, SoapBox began as a platform for moving employee ideas 'from the front lines to the bottom lines' — replacing the suggestion box with accountability, transparency, feedback loops and ROI tracking. It evolved into meeting-agenda, OKR and performance-management software, rebranded to Hypercontext in June 2021, and was later acquired by Spinach, whose AI meeting assistant now carries the product lineage.

Backers

Y Combinator (S21).
