About
Sprout Family was founded in Toronto in 2023 by Jackie Hanson (CEO) and Suzanne Mason (COO), former colleagues at the proptech firm Properly. Employers add Sprout so staff get family-planning resources, telehealth, a clinic network and 'Sprout Pay' financial coverage for fertility treatment, surrogacy and adoption. It went to market in 2024 with five design partners and closed a C$1.7M pre-seed round led by StandUp Ventures.
