The Cofounder's Hub

The Cofounder's Hub is Tanis Jorge's practice for founding teams — a handbook, written guidance and a guided assessment called Cofounder Discovery, aimed at the conversations two or three cofounders need to have before the differences between them become business problems.

About

Tanis Jorge co-founded Trulioo with Stephen Ufford in 2011 and ran operations until 2015; the identity-verification company later reached a US$1.65 billion valuation. The Cofounder's Hub is what she built out of that partnership and the hundreds of founder interviews that followed: material organised around the stages of a cofounder relationship rather than the stages of a company. Its four stages are finding a cofounder, forming the partnership before committing, building the habits and expectations that hold it together, and navigating strain and change once it is under load. The anchor resource is The Cofounder's Handbook, published in paperback, ebook and audiobook, alongside a running series of written insights on questions like the three conversations every cofounder team must have. The site's next product is Cofounder Discovery, a private guided assessment for established teams of two or three cofounders from early through later stage: each founder completes it privately and receives an individual report, with a shared report released only when everyone has finished. The company says Cofounder Discovery launches in autumn 2026 and is taking applications for a pilot.
