About

Known as TISC, the company fine-tunes AI for split-second decisions: it reads live, multi-modal data streams and retrieves the one thing a decision-maker needs right then. Its wedge is basketball — the technology has run in NCAA Division 1 games and with a national team — with emergency response and command settings named as later markets. Co-founders Arpan Bhattacharya (CEO) and Mahbod "Moe" Sabbaghi (COO) met as software engineers at Wish. It raised US$2.1M in pre-seed funding and came out of stealth in November 2025. Sabbaghi described the pivot and the sales motion at TechTO Together in March 2026.
