About
TokenFunder positioned itself as a regulated alternative to the unregulated ICO boom, working with the Ontario Securities Commission's LaunchPad from day one. Its affiliate TokenGX became Canada's first security-token exempt market dealer, and FreedomX ran an OSC-approved secondary-trading pilot through 2021. Founder Alan Wunsche, who also chairs Blockchain Canada, remains active in Canadian blockchain and tokenization; TokenFunder's own public activity appears to have wound down after the pilot era.
