About
Navid Nathoo's argument for Zero is a complaint about the four-year degree: graduates leave with debt and are still not ready to do the job. Zero replaces the lecture with immersive scenarios drawn from real work, using the tools and workflows modern teams actually use, and builds each curriculum backwards from what hiring managers screen for. The tracks it names are software engineering, AI and data science, business management, and product — applied AI engineer, backend and full-stack developer, machine learning engineer, data scientist, product manager, consultant, chief of staff. Beta members are promised a guaranteed interview. Nathoo says he held the launch back six months rather than ship something merely good. He co-founded The Knowledge Society, the accelerator for 13-to-17-year-olds, with his brother Nadeem, and earlier built the cloud-security company Airpost and sold it to Box.
