About
Docebo sells a learning management platform — course delivery, content authoring, analytics and, increasingly, AI-generated and AI-personalised training — aimed less at internal HR compliance training than at 'extended enterprise' learning, where a company trains its customers, resellers and partners. Claudio Erba founded it in Italy in 2005 out of an e-learning agency; the company moved its head office to Toronto ahead of its 2019 TSX IPO and later dual-listed on Nasdaq, trading as DCBO. Erba stepped back from the chief-executive role and is now founder and chief innovation officer. For fiscal 2025 the company reported total revenue of US$242.7 million, up 11.9%, subscription revenue of US$228.4 million and annual recurring revenue of US$238.1 million, and closed the acquisition of skills-intelligence company 365Talents.
Backers
Publicly traded on the TSX and Nasdaq as DCBO since its 2019 IPO; no private backers are listed here.
