Flow was built on two bets Reichenbach described on the TechTO stage in 2018: that health and wellness had become the category consumers would pay a premium for, and that packaging — not flavour — was where a water brand could differentiate. The company sourced from artesian springs and added flavoured and sparkling lines. Reichenbach left as CEO and executive chairman in August 2025 under lender pressure; the company entered receivership that September, and in January 2026 Cizzle Brands acquired Flow Water for about C$83.75 million, with the brand moving to a new entity, Flow Canada.
