About
Pearl's Choice was co-founded in Toronto by Bojana Nedic and Andrew Colterjohn to help families research retirement homes and senior-living resources. The company bootstrapped with a few strategic investments, rebuilt its product through three versions after early technical setbacks, and grew its brand through community fundraising. It is no longer active; its former domain now hosts an unrelated Thailand-based senior-care blog.
Backers
Bootstrapped with a few strategic investments, including from a former owner of one of Canada's largest retirement conglomerates and a marketing-technology investor.
