About
PocketHealth started in 2016 after co-founder Harsh Nayyar was handed a CD-ROM of an MRI and asked why patients couldn't get their imaging any easier way. The company sells to imaging clinics and hospitals but builds for the patient: records access is free, and a paid membership adds AI features that explain reports in patient-friendly language, flag clinical follow-ups, and suggest questions to ask a doctor. It was bootstrapped and cash-flow positive for its first four years before raising a seed round, and closed a US$33M (C$45M) Series B in March 2024.

Round13 Capital led the US$33M (C$45M) Series B in March 2024, with Deloitte Ventures, Samsung Next, Questa Capital and Radical Ventures. ~US$75M raised across three rounds; Jordan Jacobs (Radical Ventures) and Ryan Trent (Questa Capital) sit on the board.
