Propel offers private swimming lessons by matching new swimmers with experienced instructors at under-used pools through a single booking process. It was co-founded by Amie Nguyen, Kiel Olver and Sean Hudson, several of whom taught public swim lessons in Vancouver for years. The company started in Vancouver and has expanded to instructors and venues in the Toronto area.
