About
North American shoppers return roughly $800 billion of goods a year, and much of it never resells because the logistics cost more than the item. ReturnBear built a network of label-free drop-off locations in Cadillac Fairview malls, Staples Canada and HBC stores, with processing hubs behind them, and expanded into the UK and Australia. It grew out of Koru, the Ontario Teachers' venture studio.
