About

Dana Stephenson and Dave Savory conceived Riipen as a capstone entrepreneurship project at the University of Victoria, frustrated by coursework with no real-world application. Its stated mission is to eliminate underemployment. Savory presented the company's lessons on the TechVancouver stage in August 2016, when he was COO. Riipen operates from Vancouver and Toronto and works with 760+ educational institutions and training providers.
