About

Tripian sells white-label in-destination travel planning: airlines, hotels and travel brands plug its recommendation engine into their own product and their customers get itineraries and bookable activities without leaving the brand. Its own site describes it as "an AI-powered B2B travel technology platform that enables airlines, hotels, and travel brands to offer personalized, bookable in-destination experiences to their customers," and claims coverage of 550-plus destinations, over four million points of interest, more than a million trips created and over 300,000 bookable experiences.

Jeff Kischuk, the founder and CEO, came to travel from digital commerce — he was SVP of professional services at OrderDynamics, an order-management software company. His stated discipline is refusing the pull toward a super app. He told TechTO in December 2025 that everyone tells the company it will become "the connected trip" and solve all of travel, that the pitch is enticing, and that Tripian instead scales inside narrow verticals its customers actually ask for. He was equally candid about enterprise sales cycles in travel: a contract signed the day of the panel had been in play for five years, originating before the pandemic.

Quick answers

What does Tripian sell?

A white-label, AI-driven in-destination platform for travel brands. Airlines, hotels and travel companies use it to give their own customers personalised itineraries and bookable local experiences without sending them elsewhere.

How does it think about scale?

Narrowly on purpose. Kischuk told TechTO that the industry constantly pushes small travel-tech companies toward becoming a super app, and that Tripian instead picks small verticals its customers ask for and scales inside them — his view being that travel is a huge industry made of many small niches.

Where is it based?

Toronto. Its own about page lists Jeff Kischuk as founder and CEO, with Robert Simon as chief commercial officer and Mehmet Keskinoglu as director of engineering.
