About
Guillaume Jacquet left Lightspeed in 2022 to start Vasco with Sébastien Rothlisberger, who had been a senior technology architect there. The product joins the data that normally sits in separate marketing, sales and customer success tools into one revenue picture, with an AI layer on top; the company now describes itself as "the revenue context layer for AI agents" and claims more than 750 integrations. Vasco raised US$8 million — $11.5 million CAD — in an all-equity seed led by Inovia Capital, with BY Venture Partners, FRAMEWORK Venture Partners and angels, and added a $1.6-million growth facility from CIBC Innovation Banking in September 2025. Lightspeed and Connect&GO are named customers. Justin Hudon, who leads sales and customer success, brought the company's bow-tie framework for the full customer journey to TechTO's Sales Toronto stage in May 2026.
