zofiQ builds AI agents that act inside a managed service provider's professional services automation queue rather than making suggestions alongside it. ConnectWise announced the acquisition on 20 January 2026; terms were not disclosed, and co-founder Lee Silverstone joined the ConnectWise leadership team. ConnectWise has said the technology will extend beyond PSA into its monitoring, security and data products.
