The insight Rajan described on the TechTO stage was a reframe: the problem with corporate knowledge is not that it is badly centralised, it is that access is hard. Once large language models made access a solvable framework, the question became who actually suffers most from bad access — and a two-by-two drawn at Rotman put franchising near the top, because a franchise business is in the business of cloning itself through ops manuals, training videos, procedure statements and compliance documents spread across eight platforms. Neither founder came from franchising. The company emerged from Antler, where Rajan and Mehra found CTO Gabe Cadamuro, and announced $1.85 million CAD in pre-seed funding in December 2023.
